If you can not see the TV Channel you probably is getting this message:

"To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from running scripts or ActiveX controls that could access your computer. Click here for options."

This means that In Concert TV is trying to run a script or ActiveX control to display the video. Just click the Information bar, and then click Allow Blocked Content.
